When was the San Gorgonio Pass Water Alliance formed

On November 6, 2012, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, acting on the recommendation of Fifth District Supervisor Marion Ashley, established the Pass Water Policy Panel. This panel, comprised of representatives from the San Gorgonio Pass Area, was formed to address regional challenges in water supply and water quality.
